After 36 years of a rewarding professional teaching career, post retirement, I decided to train as a Mindset Coach to help mid level professionals achieve their aspirations and dreams by working on their inner dialogue. The Incredible You Program of Arfeen Khan helped to overcome my fears and doubts and transform myself to seize new opportunities. I became an author, podcaster, Toastmaster and PechaKucha Speaker in my 70's. I have conducted workshops for senior school students on Emotional Health and Wellness for Rotary Clubs and the Kolkata Centre for Creativity 's AMI Art Festival in 2024 and 2025. I have been associated with Rotary International , District 3291 and have held leadership positions at both District and Club levels. I have also mentored more than 60 clients over the last 6 years on online platforms in Spoken English, Communication Skills and Public Speaking with Mindset Coaching.
