My coaching philosophy - A good teacher interprets the text book for you in a lucid manner. A great teacher holds your hand and leads you to success. An ideal teacher takes you under his wings and shares your successes and failures. But the best teacher is one whom you do not even recognize as a teacher. He will not attempt to teach. He will show. He will not attempt to impose. He will instill. He does not care what the text book has to say. He cares about what you would like to know. He does not hold your hands. He pushes you to the edge of the ridge instead and threatens to throw you off it so that you do everything in your might to make sure you do not fall. He extends his hand only when you are about to. You do not respect him. You love him, hate him, fight and argue with him and disagree violently. It is only when you make it big and look back, you get to see how long a shadow he has cast on your soul. He doesn't play teacher. He plays you.
