I am Colonel Arun Iyer, an Indian Army Special Forces Veteran having rendered 22Years of service to the nation. He has served in various Counter terrorist and Military operations in India and abroad throughout his glorious service career. As an astute leader, he has strived to assist his troops in handling mental wellness issues using various NLP Techniques. Being a student of NLP for the past 20 years, his intimate knowledge has helped people from various walks of life. He is a Certified NLP Coach, Life Coach, Transactional Analysis Coach, Quit Smoking Expert and Deaddiction Specialist. He specializes in Deaddiction issues and issues related to Mental Wellness. He has authored his maiden book, “The Mental Commando : Transforming You Into a Warrior” which is a comprehensive guide to mental wellness using Neuro Linguistic Programming. He conducts various programs to improve personality and increase productivity of people. He has been conducting programs in various schools, colleges, universities and organisations like NCC. His programs, seminars and workshops are instrumental in helping transform people and improve lives. He conducts group therapy sessions as well as One on One Counselling Sessions. His military background and spiritual wisdom have helped people resolve their personal issues . His endeavour is to ensure that people transform into the best version of themselves and lead happy contended lives.
