As a communication coach and HR professional, I’ve worked on both sides of the table—hiring, training, and coaching people across roles and industries. Through my 1:1 Leadership & Communication Accelerator, I work with professionals who are preparing for promotion or stepping into people leadership. Together, we clarify their goals, build simple communication frameworks, and practice real conversations—performance reviews, stakeholder updates, and difficult feedback—so they show up with clarity and presence at work. For organizations, I run First-Time Manager Bootcamps and communication workshops that reduce HR firefighting and build stronger frontline leaders.
